RONNIE LEE ABBITT

Ronnie Lee Abbitt was born July 23, 1932 in Oklahoma City to John Henry and Leona (Owens) Abbitt.

Ronnie worked for the Oklahoma National Stock Yards. He was a member of the Newcastle Volunteer Firefighter Association, and attended
Mount Gilead Assembly of God Church in Newcastle. He enjoyed fishing, collecting electric trains, and spending time with his family and friends. He went home to meet the Lord on March 9, 2005 at 72 years of age.

Survivors include his wife, Betty of the home in Purcell; children Nancy Bates and her husband Greg of Newcastle, Trina Baker and her husband Scott of Newcastle, Bart Listen of Jones, Jackie Listen and his wife Paula of Noble, Bobby Listen and his wife Alecia of El Reno; 10grandchildren; sister Joyce Mayfield of Stigler; numerous other
relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his
first wife Billie Abbitt and three sons.

Services were held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, March 11, 2005 at the Eisenhour Chapel, Blanchard.

Reverend Chilles Hutchinson officiated with interment held in the Resthaven Memory Gardens in Oklahoma City. Arrangements made by Eisenhour Funeral Home, Blanchard.
