She was preceded in death as follows, by her parents, Father 1990, Mother 1977, husband Fred C. Birner 1969, daughter Annie Armida 1949, son Manuel Fred (Mano) 2004, sister & brother-in-law Mary Jane 2006 & Louis T. Chavez 1972, brothers Gilbert 1936, Willie 2001, Felix G. 2002, nephews & nieces Bennie Barreras Jr. 1952, Kenneth Craig 1956, Charlie Craig 1979, twins Anthony & Antoinette 1979, Elaine Mata 1994, Marvin Sullivan 2001, Frankie Barreras 2003, grandnephew Luther Miller III 2002.
She is survived by her daughter Jeannette B. Birner, grandsons Augustus Dane Birner, Jerome Xavier Birner, great-grandsons & great-granddaughter Jerome X. Birner II, Jerrick L. Birner, L. Izaya Birner, L. Juhnell Birner, her much loved stepmother Maria Barreras, sisters Emma Silva & husband Albert, Rosemary Seldman, Paula Barreras, Gloria Armenta, Stella Craig, sisters-in-laws Andrea Barreras (Willie), Grace Barreras (Felix G.), brothers Bennie Barreras & wife Louisa, Felix De La Vega Barreras, David Barreras & wife Jeanette, Jimmy Barreras.
She is also survived by 15 nephews, 23 nieces, numerous grand nephews & nieces, lastly numerous great-grand nephews & nieces & cousins. Services will be Wednesday, June 13, 2007 at San Miguel Church with the rosary at 11:00 AM & the mass immediately following. Interment of her ashes will be at San Miguel Cemetery. The family asks in lieu of flowers that contributions be made to your favorite charity.
