DEATH NOTICES

BALL, CLARENCE, age 48 years, of Uniontown R. D. 1, died in the Uniontown Hospital Thursday afternoon at 2:52 o'clock following an accident which occurred Tuesday afternoon at Gans Crossing. He is survived by his widow, Elma W., four children, Mrs. George Emory, Frances, Ruth and Joseph, all at home; one grandchild, Carol Ruth Emory; one brother, W. Carl of Dunbar township. Mr. Ball was employed by the Eberly Coal and Coke Co. He also operated a dairy for many years. The body has been removed from the Burhans Funeral Home to the family residence where funeral services will be conducted Monday afternoon, November 23, at 2 o'clock. Burial will be in the Laurel Hill Cemetery with Rev. Jewel officiating, assisted by Rev. Bingham.
