Ludy Levenia Blasengame Spurlock, 92, of Star City, died February 24, 1993, at Gardner Nursing Home.
Born March 14, 1900, in Lincoln County, she was a daughter of the late George Thompson and Levenia Spharler Thompson.
She was a member of Calvary Assembly of God of Star City.
Survivors include two sons, Loyd Blasengame of Fort Worth and Floyd Blasengame of Marysville, Washington; three daughters, Nellie Saunders of Kingman, Arizona and Iris Shelby and Annie Jones, both of Star City; 25 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; and 18 great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Sunday at Griffin Funeral Home of Star City. Burial will be in Heflin Cemetery near Star City.
