Pete Armstrong, age 90, of Meadow Lane, Morehead, Kentucky, passed away Monday, October 24, 2011, at St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead.
Born June 22, 1921, in Rowan County, Kentucky, he was the son of the late Richmond Thomas and Maggie Gregory Armstrong.
Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Friday, October 28, 2011, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Rev. Cecil Ison and Rev. Gary McQuain officiating. Burial will follow in Brown Cemetery with full military honors by Morehead American Legion Post No. 126.
Visitation is after 5 p.m. Thursday at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals. Masonic services will be conducted at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, October 27, 2011, by Morehead Masonic Lodge No. 654.
