Princeville, April 6—Funeral services for Mrs. Amelia Slane, 90, a lifelong resident of Jubilee Township will be a 2 p.m. Thursday at Bouton Memorial Home, Princeville.
The Rev. E. L. Fernanades, pastor of Arcadia Avenue Presbyterian Church, Peoria, will officiate. Burial will be in Princeville Cemetery. Friends may call at the memorial home after 2:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Mrs. Slane died at 7:10 a.m. today at the home of her son Free Slane, Jubilee Township, where she has resided the 11 years.
Born Jan 6, 1864, she was a daughter of William and Ann Bird Bale. She was married to Edward Slane, Oct. 15, 1884 in Peoria. Mr. Slane died in 1952.
Surviving are her son, Free; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
