Surviving are her two sons, Belton Benton of Ravenel, SC and Roy Benton of Ladson, SC; two daughters, Mary Griffin of Moncks Corner, SC and Harriett Muse of Ravenel, SC; three sisters, Allie Elliott of North Charleston, SC, Emmadell Nettles of Charleston, SC and Mattie Jean Jordan of Walterboro, SC; ten grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
