James Edward Owenby, age 82, of Kennesaw, Ga., passed away Tuesday November 15, 2011. Funeral service we be held Friday 1:00pm at the Winkerhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home in Kennesaw, Ga. with Rev. David Huggins and Dr. Jim Cantrell officiating. Burial will follow at the Greers Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery in Row 6, Lot 6, Grave 4 located at 2095 Barrett Lakes Blvd., Kennesaw, Ga. 30144. James Owenby had lived in Cobb County, Ga. all his life and retired from Capital Cadilac after 30+ years. He is survived by his wife, Frances H Owenby of Kennesaw, Ga., son, David Owenby of Kennesaw, Ga., grandsons, Michael Owenby and Christian Owenby; sisters, Carol Payne and Ruth Payne of Kennesaw, Ga., and Barbara Flynn of South Carolina.
