In this space was once a little homemade slab of concrete - an infant's grave. My father said it just one day appeared in my grandparents plot. I remember it being there when I was very young (I was born in 1946). We never learned to whom the baby belonged. No name or dates were on it - just a hand poured blob of concrete. Then during the '80s an uncle, who lived out of state, ordered new tombstones for my Paul grandparents & added complin with gravel. During this work on the plot the monument people destroyed the little blob of concrete. God knows who this little angel was - but I need to acknowledge it is buried right next to my grandfather, C L Paul. Rest In Peace Little Unknown Angel - you are not forgotten.
