In 1930 she and Robert and their four children lived there. They did have a radio.
In 1940 she and her husband and two of their children--Morris and Opal--lived there. Their home was valued at $8000.

Mrs. Estella Ashcraft, 77, of Frazeysburg Route 1 died at 9:30 a.m. Friday (Aug. 19) at Good Samaritan Hospital after a long illness.
She was born near Frazeysburg, Jan. 12, 1889, daughter of Adolphus and Sarah Ellen McKee Chaney.
Mrs. Ashcraft was a member of Mount Pleasant Christian Church.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Robert (May) Standford of Dresden and Miss Opal Ashcraft, of the home; one son, Morris Ashcraft of Frazeysburg Route 1; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
The body was taken to Baughman and Sons Funeral Home in Frazeysburg where friends may call after 2 p.m.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home with Rev. Amos H. Miller officiating. Burial will be in Frazeysburg Cemetery.
