Annie Elizabeth Wilson, 82
Mrs. Annie Elizabeth Wilson, 82, native of McMinn County, died late Friday afternoon at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Lucille Davis, Route 1, Delano, following a long illness.
She was a member of Double Springs Baptist Church.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Lucille Davis of Delano, Mrs. Ruby Longwith and Mrs. Pearl Goins of Cleveland; six sons, Burch Wilson of Athens, Lester Wilson of Oak Ridge, Lawrence, Dellis and Bud Wilson of Etowah, and Roy Wilson of Cleveland; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Clark and Mrs. Bertha West of Etowah; one brother, Clarence Jenkins of Etowah; 30 grandchildren, 40 great grandchildren, and six great-great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Sunday at 2:30 p.m., in the Double Springs Baptist Church with the Revs. J. E. Firestone and Jack Bryan officiating. Interment was in the church cemetery. Bordwine Funeral Home was in charge.
