Bob was born to Elmer and Myrle (Butler) Dahl in Portland. He graduated from Grant High School and Oregon State University, then earned his master's degree in social work from the University of Washington. He served in the U.S. Navy. Bob married Priscilla Berry in August 1949 in Astoria. Bob is survived by his wife; children, Ken (Dale); Sharon Fulton (John) of South Carolina; Lars (April); and Christine McMackin; 6 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Services were held with burial at Willamette National Cemetery. Remembrances to Faithful Savior Lutheran Church.
