Gail Elizabeth Chezik, 76, of Wisconsin Dells, formerly of Blue River, died Monday March 19, 2012 at Saint Mary's Hospital in Madison. She was born July 24, 1935 in Blue River the daughter of Elizabeth and Loyal Pasold. Gail grew up on a small farm outside of Blue River. She was athletic and would often run home after class from the one room schoolhouse she attended. She worked hard as farmwife and mother, eventually going to work outside the home to supplement the family income. She eventually became the Executive Housekeeper and Dietary Consultant at the Boscobel Memorial Hospital and Nursing Home in Boscobel, Wisconsin. In 1980 she was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. Despite this crippling disease, she and her husband Bill went on to develop a successful business in alternative health care, wellness and nutritional counseling. Gail's joy in life was enhanced by worldwide travel and a fierce devotion to Bret Favre. She dearly loved every one of her grandchildren and treasured and cherished the new great grandbabies as they came along.
She is survived by her husband of fifty-nine years, Six children and thirteen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and older siblings, Loyal Jr., Grace, Dawn, Wilma, and Roy.
