Mrs. Augustus Barrie, 72, of Shreveport died at 6:40 a.m. Friday at Moose Memorial Hospital in Eunice after a long illness. She was a native of Lone Pine. Survivors include two daughters; Mrs. Edward Guillory of Ville Platte and Mrs. L. E. West of Shreveport; two brothers, Leroy Johnson of Burice and Dallas Johnson of Bunkie; two sisters, Mrs. Martha Guillaum of Lone Pine and Mrs. Elaine Willis of Shreveport; three grandchIldren and four great-grandchildren. Services will be at 3 p.m. today at Centerville Baptist Church in Centerville. Burial will be in the J. E. Johnson cemetery in Lone Pine under the direction of Ardoin. Funeral Home in Ville Platte.

She was a native of Centerville and resided in New Orleans before moving to Shreveport in 1973. The funeral will be at 3pm today in Centerville Baptist Church under the direction of Ardoin's Funeral Home in Ville Platte. Burial will be in the Johnson Family Cemetery in Centerville.
