Frank was the fourth and last child born to Wilhelmina Augusta (Moeser) and Johann Friedrich Ferdinand Belling. On November 29, 1906 he married Dora Mae Casperson. Together they had four children: Orville Frank, Merland William, Donald Peter and Dorothy Mae.

Frank's older sister, Mary, was married to Dora's older brother, Alfred Otto Casperson.

Siblings Frank and Mary each a daughter they named Dorothy Mae.

FRANK W. BELLING
Frank William Belling, 57, 1102 N. Division street, died at his home early today after a year's illness. He was born in Appleton
Sept. 21, 1884.
Survivors are one daughter, Dorothy; three sons, Orville, Merlin and Donald, Appleton; three brothers, Henry and Theodore, Appleton; William, Fond du Lac; six sisters, Mrs. Al Casperson, Mrs. Oscar Loos, Mrs. Martha Witt, Mrs. Arthur Frances, Appleton; Mrs. Anita Lauferski, Chicago; Mrs. Herman Hidde, Sheboygan; one grandchild.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 Thursday afternoon at Hoh Funeral home, with burial in Riverside cemetery. The body may be viewed at the funeral home after 7 o'clock Wednesday night.
