MICHAEL BAER
Michael Baer, 69 years old, of the Promised Land Road, Weston's Mills, died at 8:15 o'clock Friday night, after a long illness. Mr. Baer was born in Germany and came to America fifty-two years ago. He made his home in Olean since his arrival in the country, with the exception of the last fourteen years of residence at Weston's Mills.
He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Katherine Baer, four sons, John and Joseph Baer of Weston's Mills, William and Michael, Jr. of Olean; one daughter, Mrs. George Hamm of Allegany and thirteen grandchildren.
He was a member of St. Michael's Church of Weston's Mills.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday morning at 9:30 o'clock at the house and at 10 o'clock at St. Michael's Church in Weston's Mills. The Rev. J. Vincent Growney, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in St. Bonaventure Cemetery, Allegany.
