Theodore R. Carmon, 83, of Paducah died at 8:35 a.m. Friday at Western Baptist Hospital.
Mr. Carmon, a native of Paducah, served in the U.S. Army during World War II and was retired from the Ford Motor Co. He was of the Baptist faith.
Surviving are his daughter, Ellen Renee Banks of Newport, Tenn.; three sisters, Edna Sanderson of Mayfield, Dorothy Burkhart of Hickory and Floraella Willingham of Paducah; one brother, Conley Carmon of Paducah; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by one brother and one sister. His parents were Thomas E. and Mary Elizabeth Beasley Carmon.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Milner and Orr Funeral Home of Paducah. The Rev. Ronnie Stinson will officiate. Burial will be in Clarks River Cemetery.
