"Johnie Lemar Butts, 92, of Phoenix, AZ, died on July 24, 2004. He was born in Belleville, Arkansas and moved to AZ in 1946 from Arkansas. He was a 20 year Sunnyslope high School "Viking" fan, bus driver and plant foreman.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 61 years, Eula Mae Butts. He leaves 2 daughters, Shelby Jean Cole and Shirley Janene Hart; 2 granddaughters, Debra Janene Sepik and Peggy LeAnn Malwin; 1 grandson, William Alan Myer; 2 great grandsons, Andrew Jonathan and Erik Thomas Sepik; 3 great granddaughters, Maci Ravae and Madison Rae Malwin and Alexis Victoria Myer.
He is also survived by 2 brothers, Dessie and Preston Butts; 2 sisters, Virgie Downer and Imogene Martin; numerous nieces and nephews and a great host of friends and neighbors."
