Mr. Bagby died Friday at Jennie Stuart Hospital after an apparent heart attack.
A Montgomery County, Tenn., native, he was born Feb.19, 1925, the son of Marshall B. and Gertude Ransdell Bagby. He was a member of Edgewood Baptist Church, Masonic Lodge and Elks Club and had served as past president of the Lions Club.
Mr. Bagby was a veteran of World War II and manager of traffic transportation for Thomas Industries plant here.
Survivors include his wife, Nancy Melton Bagby; two sons, Karlton and Travis Bagby, both of the home; a step-son Danny West, Hopkinsville; a daughter, Shanna Bagby, of the home; two brothers, Jesse of Adams, Tenn., and Winfield Bagby, Wausau, Wis.; and two sisters, Mattie White and Mary B. Davis, both of Clarksville, Tenn
