J.W. CARR, 68, GIVEN LAST RITES
John Wallace CARR, 68, was buried in a Modesto cemetery Friday morning, following his death Thursday afternoon from a heart attack. A resident of this state for 14 years, he lived at the cannery cabins at the time of his death. His body was taken to the Pascoe-Botto Mortuary in Oakdale. Survivors include a wife, Lillie Anna CARR; two sons, J.C. CARR of Batesville, Ark., and Cleve CARR of Riverbank; a daughter, Mrs. Susie Lee FRANCE of Oklahoma City. Five grandchildren also survive.
