He was preceded in death by his parents; wife; brothers, Joe, John and William; and sister, Bertha.
He was a retired laborer and member of Union Hall 159 in Decatur. He was a former employee of Otto Baum Construction, Clyde Dial Construction, P.R. Duke Construction and Gail Frinfrock Excavating.
