Ms. Anita Jo Chessor Carden, 60, of Boynton Beach, Fla., formerly of Lewisburg, died Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2007, at her residence.

Ms. Carden was a native of Marshall County. She was employed with Cracker Barrel Restaurants.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel James and Imogene McDaniel Chessor.

She is survived by a sister, Alva Cavnar of Lewisburg.

Funeral services were conducted by the Rev. Wayne Morgan at 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 25, from the chapel of London Funeral Home with burial to followed in Lone Oak Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers were Glenn McDaniel, Russell McDaniel, Randy McDaniel, Randal Cavnar, Mike Ervin and Richard Medley.

The family was at London Funeral Home Saturday after 5 p.m. and Sunday until the funeral hour for visitation.
