COUNTY NATIVE DIES TUESDAY
A Morgan County native, Mrs. Pearl Brown 78 died yesterday at St Elizabeth's Hospital, Lafayette. Mrs. Brown a resident of Otterbein had been critically ill two weeks.
Mrs. Brown was the daughter of Albert M. and Elizabeth Ennis. She was born March 23 1874 and lived in Morgan County until 1919. She was married to Lemuel O. Brown who died in 1920.
Surviving are three children Gorman Brown West Lafayette, Mrs May Goddard of Lafayette and Mrs. Lucille Hall of Goodland a brother Newton Ennis of Indianapolis: two sisters, Mrs. Etta Dalton of Paragon and Mrs. Jane Winters of Santa Ana, California and four grandchildren
The funeral will be Friday morning at 10 o'clock in the Otterbein Methodist Church, of which she was a member, Their will be a short grave side service in MT. Gilead Cemetery at 2 or 2:30 in the afternoon
