Anne Marie Buell, 90 years old, passed from this life from the effects of cancer at her home in Brea surrounded by loving family.

Anne was born in Portland OR to Edwin Booth and Susan Bielmeier Booth. She travelled to Pittsburgh, PA, where her fiancé, Bruce Edward Buell, was stationed, to get married on June 19, 1943. She had four children for whom she was a very loving, kind and devoted mother - the same love and devotion was extended to her grand children and great grand children. Anne was a faithful member of St Angela Catholic Parrish in Brea. She was always kind and helpful to others and was cheerful in the midst of both the joys and challenges of life, even up to the end. She was an avid Scrabble and crossword puzzle player and very few could beat her, perhaps due to her excellent education in Catholic elementary and high school.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her sister Vivian and brother Fred. She is survived by her children, 11 grand children and 17 great grand children.

Viewing will be held on Tuesday February 26th, 2013 from 5-9pm at Memory Garden Mortuary in Brea, CA. Funeral service will be at 10:00am on Wednesday, February 27th, 2013 at Memory Garden Mortuary, Williamsburg Chapel. Brea, CA.
