Mrs. C. H. Mayo, 2612 Bourland street, received word Wednesday that her grandson, E. C. "Son" Adams, is missing in action in the Pacific theater.
He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. John W. Adams, of Nordheim. Texas, and formerly of this city.
The young man was serving aboard a U.S. destroyer.

His name is also included on two Monuments, one in Okinawa, Japan. "Click Here" and the other in Honolulu, Hawaii "Click Here"
