Eliza Davis was the daughter of slave born parents. She is the Aunt of my father Clyde Bradford. Jr. Eliza journeyed to Africa with a small missionary group in 1913. She adopted three children from Liberia Africa there names were Maude, Cecelia, and Cerella. They returned to America where the children were educated, then returned to their native land to teach their own people. Maude and Cecelia both died in Action on the Sinoe Baptist Mission, Liberia Africa.
