MR. DAVIES PASSES AWAY
A former resident of Centralia, William George Davies, 67, died in an Olympia hospital Saturday morning. He made his home at Patterson Lake prior to his death. He formerly lived in Sutherlin, Ore., and was a long time resident of Centralia prior to moving to Oregon. He was born Jan. 16, 1891, In Tumwater.
Survivors include: his wife, Nellie V., at home; one son, Robert W., of Olympia; one granddaughter, Mrs. Jeanne Troxel, Olympia; four grandchildren; six sisters, Mrs. Margeret Rushmer, Centralia, Mrs. Edna Duke, Medford, Ore., Mrs. Myrtle McAloon, Shelton, Mrs. Maebelle Roney and Mrs. Minnie Tompkins, both of Tacoma and Mrs. Gladys Gribble, Hawaii; three brothers, Ed Davies, Denver, Colo., and Rob and Glen Davies, both of Aberdeen.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, 10:30 a.m., at the Newell-Hoerling chapel, Centralia. Burial will be at the Mountain View Burial Park.
