Mrs. Mary Lee Fraize, age 94, passed away February 17, 2016 in Clarksdale, MS. The Family will receive friends Saturday, February 20, 2016 from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm at National Funeral Home. The service will be Sunday, February 21, 2016 at 2:00 pm at Clarksdale Church of God. Interment will follow at Oakridge Cemetery.
Mrs. Mary Lee Fraize was a homemaker and a member of Clarksdale Church of God. She is survived by her daughters, Mary Elizabeth Fraize and Thelma Coats of Rena Lara, MS; her son, Benny (Wanda) Fraize of Woodland, CA; and her sister, Virginia Whidden of Sumrall, MS. Also surviving Mrs. Fraize are thirteen grandchildren-Henry Coats, Teddy Coats, Dudley Fraize, Charlotte Brisco of Rena Lara, MS; Sammy Jumper of Barton, AR; Liz Pevon, Lisa Fraize, Jeff Fraize of Woodland, CA; Steve Fraize of TX; Stanley Fraize of WA; Yvonne Fraize, Shelia Fraize of Pontotoc, MS and Flacey Fraize of MO; twenty-one great grandchildren and eleven great-great grandchildren. Mrs. Fraize was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Clay Fraize; her parents, Hubbard & Violet Elizabeth Sigler; her daughter, Violet Lee Fraize; and her sons Edward Clay Fraize and Samuel (Sambo) Fraize.
