Charlie Anderson, 31, of 1618 E. 12th Street, was killed Thursday morning when struck by a train on the Katy Railroad.
T.O. Lang reported that the accident apparently occurred at the intersection of Tillery St. and the railroad, 851 feet from where the body, badly mangled, was found.
Justice of the Peace, Sam Rogers held an inquest & returned a verdict of accidental death.
