The son of Sanford Burton [Bert] & Annie Beulah Rachels Admire, Euell was born in the town of Peden in Tarrant County, Texas.
In the early 1920's the family made a move to the Texas, Panhandle, and there he met the love of his life, Miss Cordelia Emma Jean Gregg. They were married August 25 1934 in Donley County, Texas.
Their first child was born in Hall County and soon after they made their way to Dallas County. In 1937 they returned to what Euell called 'Gods Country', the Texas Panhandle making their home in Dumas. They were blessed with four children; three boys; Euell Troy, Lyndell Wayne and Bobby Eugene and one girl Joy Wylette.
In 1955 he laid Jean to rest and in 1996 he laid down beside her.
