HARTLAGE, PATRICIA ANN (CARROLL), 67, of Louisville, passed away on Wednesday, April 22, 2009 at Sts. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital. She was a member of Lake Dreamland Baptist Church and a volunteer for many organizations in the St. Denis area. She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Libby Carroll. She is survived by her husband, David "Dave" Hartlage; son, Tim Hartlage (Jennifer); daughters, Theresa Koehler (Doug) and Tana Flener (Gary Clemons); sisters, Rosalie Webster, Martha Gagel and Margie Ackerman; grandchildren, Elizabeth, Josh, Tyler, Rebecca, Joey, Riley, Emma, Madison and Lincoln. Her funeral service will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Valley View Church, 8911 Old Third Street Road, with entombment at Evergreen Mausoleum. Visitation is 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Friday at J.B. Ratterman & Sons -Southwest, 4832 Cane Run Road. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
