Joseph Allen "Tariq" 50 of Rockford passed away Tuesday May 12 in his home. He was born February 5, 1965 in Newark, NJ, the son of Carl Hoskins and Marvine Kilpatrick. He married Charlene Fischer on March 29, 1999 in Rockford. He worked for Precision Group in Rockford and Con Agra in Arkansas.

Survivors include his wife Charlene. Mother Marvine Kilpatrick, Step-father, Johnnie Williams. Special parent, Donald Ross. Stepchildren, Terrance, Jessie and Teecia. Brother, Troy Kilpatrick and Carl Allen "Buddy". Sister Carol Kilpatrick. Several nieces and nephews. Tariq loved his family friends and his dogs Kia and Diamond.

Predeceased by his father Carl Hoskins and Grandmother Missouri Allen.

Funeral services at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday May 20 in Fitzgerald Funeral Home 1860 S. Mulford Road. With his Uncle Pastor Joseph Allen officiating.

Burial in Greenwood Cemetery.
