Judith Ann Allen, 74, of Rockford, Illinois died September 1, 2013, at Alpine Fireside Healthcare Center. Born June 29, 1939, in Rockford, Illinois; daughter of John M. and Julia M. (Sepich) Kauzlarich. Married Frank "Skip" Allen III, August 8, 1959, in Rockford, Illinois. She was employed for several years as a checker by Eagle Foods. Judith loved spending time with family at their cabin in Birchwood, Wisconsin. She loved fishing, bowling and gardening.
Survivors include, her loving husband, Frank "Skip" Allen III; son, Eddie (Elisabeth) Allen; daughter, Pamela (Scott Kratchmer) Johnson; brother, John (Dora) Kauzlarich; grandchildren, Grant Johnson, Garrett Johnson, Camryn (Carl) Klenz, and Matthew Allen; great-grandchildren, Jaylee, Jenna, Connor, and Kennzi; sister-in-law, Elizabeth (Ernest) Widiker; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends; special dog, Ginny.
Preceded in death by her parents; son, Frank Allen IV; stepfather, Charles Robert Reed; and son-in-law, Rick Johnson.
Service will be 1 p.m. Friday, September 6, 2013, at Honquest Family Funeral Home with Crematory, Rockford Chapel, 4311 North Mulford Road, Loves Park. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until services Friday in the funeral home.
Internment in Arlington Cemetery.
