She met Melvin Arlie Clark and on 18 Mar 1928 they were married at her parents home in Rocky.
Rosa and Melvin had 3 sons, John Arlie Eugene, Ira Melbourne, and Dale Wayne.
On 21 Mar 1935, near Seiling, Oklahoma, while out getting wood, their 2 oldest boys with them, Rosa tried to remove something that had fallen from a vehicle ahead of them onto their vehicle's windshield. She fell and was run over by their own vehicle. She was pregnant with their 4th child and their sons with them were only 5 and almost 6 years old..
A very tragic accident but neither she, nor the child she was carrying, survived.
She was laid to rest at Liberty Cemetery near Fay, Oklahoma.
