Jerry Blackwell 46, Indianapolis, died September 17, 2006. Jerry was born to the late L. Kenneth and Jo Ann (Loeffler) Blackwell on January 3, 1960. Jerry was a member of Cathedral High School Class of 1978 and attended Vincennes University. He was an electrician with the Indianapolis Water Company for 26 years and was a member of the Firemen and Oiler's Local 131 Union. Jerry is survived by two sisters, [names omitted]; one brother, all from Indianapolis.
