John Wilson Kingen, 83, of route 3, died December 26 at a local hospital. He had lived in this community 41 years and is survived by the widow, Ida; two sons, Lloyd and Floyd Kingen of Vancouver; three daughters, Mrs. Fannie Edwards of Ilwaco, Wn., Mrs. Merle Streets at home, and Mrs. Opal Custard of Sara, Wn.
He was a member of the Chicago lodge No. 385, I. O. O. F. of Delta Iowa; of the Rebekahs at Felida and of the Vancouver Christian church. Services will be held Tuesday at 1 o'clock at Knapp's chapel, the Rev. Walter Givens officiating and interment in Park Hill cemetery.
