Flora May Nosler (24 Nov 1867-17 Feb, 1877, died at age 9 on the overland trail from "consumption", buried in Pueblo Colorado).

Her siblings were:

-Charles Edgar "Eddie" Nosler (29 Jun, 1870, Iowa-25 Feb, 1937, San Francisco),
-Margaret "Maggie" Alva Nosler (1 Jan, 1876 Washington - 10 Apr 1914 Spokane, WA),

In the 1880's, Flora's father, James Milo Nosler set forth from his residence in a covered wagon, bound for California, keeping a handwritten diary of his experiences. This diary is mostly transcribed and copies reside in the University of Washington and/or Spokane Library archives.

In his handwritten diary on the overland trail, James Milo Nosler wrote a very touching poem regarding Flora's untimely end.
