Elsie was born to Albert and Cora (Eberly) Oswalt January 8, 1929 in Warren County, Indiana. She married the love of her life on August 3, 1947 in Williamsport, Indiana. To this union was born two sons and two daughters.
Elsie was raised in the Warren and Fountain County, Indiana and moved to Sunrise Beach, Missouri where she and her family lived on the Lake of the Ozarks for many years until moving into the town of Liberty, Missouri.
She is survived by her beloved husband, her children and several grandchildren.
