Jennie Harris Rhodes was one of 13 children born to John William and Lucy Mae Bowes Harris. She was married to to Olen K. Rhodes, Sr. They had 3 children, Jennie, O.K. Jr. and Lillian, two grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.

Jennie loved her family, friends and above all her Lord. Loving the outdoors, she grew her own vegetables and flowers until just a few years before her death. For many years she enjoyed needlework and spent many hours making quilts. She was blessed to keep her keen sense of humor and sharp mind until the very end. Jennie spent her 100 years on this earth with kindness, compassion and thoughtfulness for others. Her gentle spirit, warm heart, steadfast faith in God and her sweet, sweet smile will forever be remembered.
