MRS. WILLIAM CROW, 74, DIES AT GREENTOP
Funeral To Be Held At Ft. Madison Church Monday Afternoon
Mrs. William J. Crow died Saturday morning, September 2, at her home in Greentop after an illness of more than a year with the infirmities of age. She was 74 years of age and had lived practically all of her life in the Ft. Madison neighborhood in Adair County. She was born Dec. 28, 1859. Her maiden name was Donna Rigdon, and she was a member of a well known Adair County family. She was married on Dec. 14, 1876, to William J. Crow.
Mrs. Crow moved to Greentop with her husband about twenty-five years ago. Mr. Crow died May 7, 1932. Four children were born to them, all of whom are living. They are: Mrs. C. E. Clapper, Decatur, Ill.; R. H. Crow, Greentop; E. M. Crow, and Mrs. H. G. Swanson, Kirksville.
Funeral services will be held at the Ft. Madison Church at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon, conducted by Rev. Perley[?] M. Lind, of Queen City.
