Mrs. Jacob (Winoma Stella Hart) Bergandine, 89, of 2009 E. Cantrell St. died 10:30 a.m. Sunday (June 22, 1980) in St. Mary's Hospital.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete at Dawson & Wikoff Funeral Home.
Mrs. Bergandine was born in Elizabethton, Tenn., daughter of Dave & Ledora Hart. She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Decatur & was a cook for Wintz Restaurants. She married Jacob C. Bergandine in 1910. He died in 1949.
Surviving are sons, Kenneth of Decatur; Marion of McAllen, Texas; brother Fred Meredith of Elizabethton, Tenn.; sisters Mrs. Aaron (Ruth) Sams of Greenwood, SC; four grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
One son, one daughter, two brothers & two sisters preceded her in death.
