Henry P. Graber, 77, of 465 Columbia Ave., Berne, a lifelong resident of Adams County and a retired farmer, died at 10 p.m. Friday at the Adams County Memorial Hospital. He had been in ill health for several years.
Born Jan. 10, 1898, he was a son of Peter F. and Rosina Mazelin-Graber, and was married to Adella Habegger, who preceded him in death. He later married the former Rachel Schwartz and she survives.
Also surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Elmer A. (Evelyn) Rich, Mrs. Marvin D. (Eileen) Sprunger, and Mrs. Winston (Delores) Moser, all of Berne; one son, Don of Berne; three sisters, Mrs. Dan D. (Leah) Schwartz, and Mrs. Sylvan D. (Lucy) Habegger, both of Berne and Mrs. Noah (Amanda) Steury of Sun City, Ariz.; 12 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. One sister preceded him in death.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at Yager Funeral Home, with burial at Mazelin Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 11 a.m. Sunday. Rev. Robert E. Zehr will officiate at the services on Monday.
