Elizabeth F. Moore (1856 - 1931) was born on October 6, 1856 at Yellow Leaf, Shelby, Alabama to her parents; Richard W. Moore (1827 - 1879) and Nancy Laura Parnell (1840 - 1880). She was the sibling of; Sarah Moore (1859), Noah Moore (1860 - 1938), Margaret Laura Moore (1864 - 1897), George Washington Moore (1864 - 1950), Eunice Gene "Nicey" Moore (1869), Andrew Jackson Moore (1871 - 1933) and Thomas Justus Moore (1874 - 1921).

Elizabeth F. Moore (1856 - 1931) married Green Graham Gould (1855 - 1919) on November 30, 1876 at Shelby, Alabama. This union resulted in 6 children being born: James Richard Gould (1877 - 1957), Sarah Elah Gould (1878 - 1934), Noah Thomas Gould (1880 - 1957), William Jackson Gould (1882 - 1955), Creasey Ann Gould (1884 - 1923) and Geore J Gould (1888 - 1973).

Elizabeth F. Moore (1856 - 1931) relocated to Lake, Scott, Mississippi from Shelby, Alabama with her Husband, Green Graham Gould (1855 - 1919) and their young family in the spring of 1885. They would relocate again to Newton, Mississippi in the vicinity of Conehatta in 1888 where they would remain until 1905 when they relocated once again to Lake, Scott, Mississippi. In 1917 they relocated to the Oak Grove community with their sons, William Jackson Gould and George J Gould just a few miles south - west of the town of lake, Mississippi which is where Green G. Gould passed away in 1919 and she passed away in 1931.
