Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Emken-Linton Funeral Home chapel of Texas City with Rev. A.O. Singer, pastor of Memorial Baptist Church, officiating.
Burial will be in Galveston Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mr. Bell was a retired employee of Sea Train.
Survivors include his wife; three daughters, Mrs. W.R. Corbett of La Marque, Mrs. A.J. Pribilske of Texas City and Alta Bell Mrs. Eddie Lambert of Loma; a brother, A.F. of Texas City and seven grandchildren.
