He was born in Coosa County, AL and had been a resident of Port St. Joe, FL for 58 years where he owned and operated Kirk's Ice Company.
Mr. Abrams is preceded in death by his parents, John William and Barcie Abrams and sister, Margaret Adams.
Funeral services for Mr. Abrams will be conducted on Saturday, June 28, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. EDT at First United Methodist of Port St. Joe with Rev. Dave Fernandez officiating. Interment will be in Lime Springs United Methodist Church Cemetery in Clanton, AL. The family will receive friends at the church from 12 Noon to 2:00 p.m. EDT prior to the service.
