Wayne Alley, 58, of near Dalton, died Tuesday, July 14, 1998, at Methodist Hospital in Jonesboro.
He was born Dec. 28, 1939, in Hemphill, W. Va., a son of the late Vernon and Margaret (St. John) Alley.
Survivors are his wife, Rita Alley of the home; three daughters, Tina Bailey of Claremore, Okla., Woodsonette Alley of St. Charles, Ill., and Margaret I. Pine of Wheaton, Ill.; two grandchildren, Mayson W. and Margaret B. Pine, both of Wheaton; two brothers, Robert H. Alley of North Carolina and Nelson Alley of Elgin, Ill.
Visitation was held at Cox-Waymon Funeral Home in Pocahontas. Funeral services and burial were held in Welch, West Virginia.
