He was born Sept. 5, 1910, in Kermoore, Pa., the son of Jesse Earl and Florence Hullihan Robbins. Frank had resided in Stockton the past 15 years, lormerly living in Buffalo and Du Bois, PA. He had been employed as a security guard at AVM and at the Chautauqua Mall. He attended Stockton Community Church, and was a member of Dunkirk Senior Citizens.
Surviving are his wife, Dorothy E. Logan-Robbins; four daughters: Joan LaMastra of Buffalo, Jeanette Hanley
0f Stockton, Jane Abbarno of Clearwater, FL. and Judy Smith of Lake Park, FL.; a son Franklin Robbins Jr.
of Du Bois; 15 grandchildren; two great grandchildren;
two sisters: Mae Shaffer of Du Bois, Pa. and Nell Robbins 0f New York, and a brother, George Robbins of Buffalo.
He was preceded in death by two sisters: Elva Robbins-Kurtin and Jean Robbins-Kurtin, and two brothers: Earl and James Robbins. The funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Sunday in Jordan Funeral Home, Sinclairville.
The Rev. Harley E. Acker, pastor of Stockton Community Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Stockton.
