Born in Norristown, she was a daughter of the late Robert and Margaret J. (Smith) Wiley. She graduated from Springfield High School in Montgomery County.
She loved being a homemaker. In addition to being a wonderful mother, grandmother and friend, she was a caring individual who always put others first. She will always be remembered for her Christian spirit, for seeing the best in everyone and for the love and kindness that she shared with everyone.
Mrs. Bogan was a longtime member of Gwynedd Square Presbyterian Church in Upper Gwynedd.
She is survived by five children, Amy Gular and her husband Lawrence E. and Eileen Neuschwander, all of Perkasie, Brenda Bassinger of Lansdale, Jonathon Bogan of Mountaintop, PA., and Stephen Bogan and his wife of England; seven grandchildren, J.C., Dana, Bree, Kara, Scott, Justin and Thomas; and two sisters, Joyce A.W. Johnson and her husband William of Stillwater and Nancy Jacobs and her husband Elmer of Florida.
