Daughter of Elisha Permenter and Kiziah "Kizzie" (Adcock) Permenter. Kiziah died about 1858 in Mississippi, probably in childbirth about the same time that her last child, Clyde Permenter died. I don't know where either of them were buried. Elisha never married again, so far as I know. He moved his family to Bell co., TX about 1870. Info I have says he was buried in Floydada Cemetery, Floyd Co., TX in June of 1894, but there is no FAG memorial for him. Possibly in an unmarked grave? I have lots more info on this Permenter branch as this is my direct line. Elisha's brother, James T. Permenter, was my g-g-grandfather. Per FAG Contributer 46958251.
