Mrs. Sophie Eurich, 37 years old, passed away at 9:35 p.m. Wednesday at St. Nicholas hospital after a brief illness.
She was born on October 19, 1896, in Rosenfeld, Russia, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Beller. She came with her parents to this country in 1908, and resided in the city of New York until 1915, when she came alone to Sheboygan where, on November 23 of that year, she was united in marriage to Charles Eurich. In 1917, she and her family returned to New York and lived there until 1922, when the family came back to this city where they have since resided. She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran church and the St. Paul Frauenverein and a member of the Volga German Ladies Aid society.
Besides the widower, she she is survived by three daughters, the Misses Emily, Elsie and Eleanore; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Beller of New York; four sisters, Mrs. Henry Stoehr of Kohler, Mrs. Frank Schneider, Mrs. Charles Daily and Miss Lydia Beller of New York, and two brothers, Henry and Oscar Beller also of New York.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m., Saturday, at the home, 1129 Erie avenue followed by another service at 3:30 p.m. at St. Paul's Lutheran church, the Rev. Edward Schmidt officiating. Interment will be at the Lutheran Cemetery.
Friends may view the remains at the family home Friday morning.
